We are looking for a 1st Level Support Agent with knowledge and passion for helping customers succeed. We will provide the agent with all the necessary training and education in order to obtain high-demand in the IT industry such as customer service & technical support skills.

Job Description:

Technical support via phone & email for domain name, web hosting & email services
Installation & support for SSL certificates
Organizing and executing daily tasks (customer support & problem solving)
Monitoring prompt completion of customer requests
Maintaining high standards for customer satisfaction

  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) in English & Greek
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) & PC skills.
  • Able to work in morning, afternoon or evening shifts

  • Experience in using Plesk Control panel
  • Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
  • Basic knowledge of open-source applications Wordpress, Joomla, etc

  • Bachelor degree and English certification
  • Insightful thinking, willing to work and develop his/her career
  • High sense of responsibility, consistency & attention to personal data protection management.
  • Experience in the field (internet, web hosting, ssl certificates).
